Yuntech Technology (Hong Kong) Limited works those cases. We hold no franchise obligations, which means we can search the open market broadly, but it also means the burden of proof sits with us. So we document what we find: source, date code, packaging condition, and inspection result, before a quotation goes out.

Say What Is Real
If we have not confirmed stock, we say so. A quote that arrives an hour later but is accurate beats one that arrives immediately and falls apart at the PO stage.
Document Everything
Source, date code, packaging, inspection photos. If a shipment is ever questioned, the record should already exist rather than being reconstructed afterwards.
Answer Fast
Shortage work is time-sensitive. RFQs are acknowledged the same working day, and we tell you early when something is not findable at a workable price.
