Excess Inventory Management
Idle stock is a written-down asset that still has a market. The problem is usually finding the buyer without signalling the position to your own supply base.

Testing & Inspection
Open-market sourcing only works if what arrives is what was ordered. Inspection is not an add-on service here — it is the step that makes the rest defensible.
Incoming material is checked before it ships onward, and the record travels with the shipment. Where a part warrants deeper verification, we arrange third-party testing rather than stretching what we can confirm ourselves.
