How an Order Runs
Requirement or Stock List
For sourcing: full manufacturer part number, quantity, date code tolerance, destination, target date. For excess: the list, with quantity and condition.
Same-Day Response
Enquiries are acknowledged the same working day. Where a requirement is not realistic at a workable price, we say so early rather than going quiet.
Quotation or Bid
Price, availability, date code and packaging condition stated together, so the offer can be assessed in one pass.
Verification
Visual inspection plus marking and packaging verification before material ships onward. Where a part warrants deeper testing, we arrange it through an independent laboratory.
Shipment and Settlement
Export handling from Hong Kong with documentation passed through on despatch. On excess purchases, payment is released promptly against agreed terms.
